Hello Summer!

This was what the temperature read inside my car on Sunday afternoon at 5 pm.

I guess Summer is here with a vengeance. Yikes!! Thank goodness it wasn't quite this bad last week when Franklin was here, poor thing might have melted! But it has gotten me thinking about taking some time off to spend with Mr. Wonderful and his sexy little car so:

We will be closed on Sunday in July.

Just for July. No big deal. We are only open for 4 hours on Sundays and I have spent a lot of days here all by myself or have had one or two customers and that's not enough to even justify running the AC all day long. Besides, I miss my hubby and want to spend some time with him and this will let us take a few trips we need to make to Houston - and on one of them we will be bringing home a new family member....more about that soon, but shhhhh.... Hank doesn't know his life as an only child is going to end soon and that he will soon learn all about the joys of having a little sister. Think Mr. Spoiled can handle it?
